
General Introductory Courses
All the courses last six hours. Typically course is held in single day (turbo course). Rarely course can take from four (accelerated) to six weeks at one night per week and are open to anyone with an interest in Western Martial Arts. Each course will cover the basic principles of a specific European weapon with hands on instruction. Students will participate in drills and exercises designed to teach proper technique. No experience or equipment is necessary, but athletic clothing and footwear is recommended.
Attending an introductory course is mandatory for all new students. Once course has been successfully completed attendance to members classes is permited.
On completion participants will be entitled to a 15% discount off a three month Sword Academy membership.
Participants bringing a friend or a relative will also receive a Sword Academy baseball cap on payment of the course fee.
